Return and Refund Policy
As a rule, medicines are not subject to return under current regulations. Once a drug has been out of the pharmacist’s possession it can not be returned to stock due to safety concerns. Since the pharmacist cannot guarantee that the product was stored under the correct conditions or was not tampered with, resale of such medicines is not allowed in any country due to health risks. However, pharmacies are required to replace the medication or provide a refund in the following cases:
- Customer received expired medication. Medications past the expiration date should be replaced with valid products or refunded.
- The products are defective. If the medicines are found to have a manufacturing defect, such as containing unacceptable impurities or contaminations, the pharmacy is obliged to replace the product or fully refund its cost.
- There was a dispensing error. If the Mexican pharmacy has dispensed the wrong medicine or the wrong dosage, the customer can also request a refund as in previous cases.
At Mexican Pharmacy we carefully check all orders before shipping, however, in the unlikely event of a pharmacy error or a medication not meeting quality standards, your order will be reshipped free of charge or fully refunded.
